Shipping & returns
Most of our pieces are made in small batches, and some are finished to order. We would rather tell you a true date than a fast one.
Shipping
Pieces in stock leave our London studio within two working days. UK delivery takes one to two days from dispatch, Europe three to five, and the rest of the world five to ten. Every order is tracked and signed for.
Hand-beaded and made-to-order pieces show their making time on the product page — typically three to four weeks. We'll write to you when your piece goes onto the workbench, and again when it ships.
Returns
You have fourteen days from delivery to return any piece, unworn and with its tags, for a full refund. Write to [email protected] and we'll send a prepaid label for UK returns.
Made-to-order pieces can be exchanged for a different size but not refunded — each one is cut and sewn for its buyer. If a piece arrives with any fault in the making, we will repair, remake, or refund it, always.
